But Don’t take my word for it …

Have we met?

👋 Hi, I’m Ilia!

A Certified Executive Coach and Organisational Psychology practitioner, currently residing in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

I'm deeply passionate about mental toughness and performance, drawing from my work with health professionals and first responders, as well as my background in sport, and music.

My goal is to equip clients with the tools to deal with the pressures of leadership and achieve unimagined levels of performance, confidence and adaptability through psychologically-informed coaching techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching.

With a Master of Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, I have extensive international experience supporting senior leaders across various sectors.

What should you expect when working with me?

Other than my signature presence of lightheartedness coupled with unconditional empathy, respect and acceptance, all of the services I provide are grounded in three key principles:

Experiential

I am interested in changing behaviour. Restructuring unhelpful belief systems can be a part of that; however, there is no substitute for action. My approach relies heavily on the use of tools that create experiential learning. These can take the form of activities used within coaching sessions or workshops (e.g. visualisation, mindfulness practice, role play, etc.) or agreed upon behavioural experiments that occur outside of our time together.

Evidence Based

Many coaches and consultants lean heavily into fads and silver bullet solutions. My approach is grounded in an evidence-based framework to problem solving which incorporates current evidence, experience and your preferences in our work together. This means you can rest easy knowing my methods are informed by a scientist-practitioner lens.

Action-Focused

One thing you will always receive from me is unconditional positive-regard but that’s not why you’re paying. I am highly action-focused and solution-oriented which is why we will identify and work actively towards the achievement of your goals. Our work will centre actively around addressing the barriers to your success and building your mental skills to increase your odds of ongoing outcomes.
